The Property Brief

Firstly, an in depth 30min - 45min discovery call to dig deeper and clarify all the specifics you want and need in your ideal home.

We prepare your personalised Buyers Brief which is fully transparent and perfectly aligns with your goals, price, lifestyle and non negotiables.

Research & Shortlisting

Then we commence the extensive property hunt to locate, shortlist and match your Buyers Brief.

The shortlist is then presented to the Buyer on a shared Trello Board which is used for the communication of Properties, walk through videos etc.

Purchase & Settlement

Once you have found the property that matches your Buyers Brief, Janelle will begin the price negotiation process on your behalf, ensuring you get the best price for your purchase.

From there, she will manage everything else all the way through to Settlement
